Terms of Service

VolleyWiz is run by Innovative Data Solutions ("we"). By using VolleyWiz you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What VolleyWiz does

VolleyWiz helps volleyball teams share schedules, live scores, results, rosters, photos and match videos with their fans, and lets fans follow teams, get alerts and subscribe to calendars without an account.

Staff accounts

• Staff accounts are for adults who coach, manage or help run a team.
• Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Anyone can create a team. Site administrators may remove teams or accounts that misuse the service.

Your team's content

• Your team owns what it posts. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people your team's settings allow, so VolleyWiz can work.
• Only post content you have the right to share. For youth teams, get permission from parents or guardians before posting a player's name, photo or video.
• Remove content when someone asks you to, and contact us if you need help doing so.

Scorekeeper links, live scores and alerts

• Staff can share a scorekeeper link that lets someone without an account keep score for one tournament. Share it only with people you trust, and turn it off if it spreads; staff are responsible for scores entered through their links.
• Live scores, schedules and results are kept by volunteers and aren't official. They can be late or wrong; check with the tournament for official results.
• Alerts depend on your phone, browser and its push service, so we can't guarantee every alert arrives or arrives on time.

Match videos

Match video storage is an extra that we turn on for selected teams. We may offer it as a paid feature in the future; we'll tell affected teams before any charge applies. We may limit storage, or remove videos from teams where the feature is turned off, after notice.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• post anything unlawful, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights or privacy;
• try to access accounts, teams or data you're not allowed to;
• disrupt, overload or abuse the service, including automated scraping or bulk uploads that aren't team content;
• use VolleyWiz to send spam.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We don't sell your information.

No warranty and limits on liability

VolleyWiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for:

• outages, delays or errors, including late or missing scores and alerts;
• streams or sites run by others that VolleyWiz links to or plays;
• lost data, despite our reasonable precautions;
• any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Ending use

You can stop using VolleyWiz at any time; staff can delete their account under Your account. We may suspend accounts, teams or links that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use VolleyWiz means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Questions or problems: support@volleywiz.com.
